Norton hacked email

I feel that I have been hacked online. My personal emal accounts, my google personal email account, my microsoft email accounts. I was in a relationship for years, and am no longer with this person. But this person knows everything about me as we were in a common relationship. This person my ex common-law partner knows about computers and androids devices. I have spoken to the police about this on numerous times I have told people about this hacking my ex does to me.

I have told just about anyone that would take me serious. That this person has no right to my own privacy as a human being. I have had my computer crash, phones crash.
